Q: I lost my Ulitmate Power on GooglePlay after I re-installed? A: Buy it again and send me both receipts (from the same google account) so I can refund the last one

Q: iOS game controller support? A: as soon as Corona SDK supports it

Q: I hate the current fixed joystick A: you can change from floating joystick to fixed in the pause menu under settings (hero icon)

Q: what is Ultimate Power? A: The Full Game experience, doubles the amount of power you get from enemies, unlocks all the features of the game like rebuild and endless mode

Q: how does rebuild work? A: you need to buy ultimate power to use it first, then it refunds power for all abilities -2000 so you can re-configure your character the way you like it

Q: How do shields work? A: shield automatically blocks projectiles and strikes as long as your facing in the right direction and not attacking

Q: How does reflektor work? Arrows will deflect off the shield (and can hit enemies) and slimes take damage when hitting the shield

Q: how do I get past the cake? A: take a slice? (you know with your sword)

Q: the game crashed A: submit a report down below, tell me what level, what you were doing and what abilites you had or were using

Q: IAP and microtransactions are evil A: not always

Q: how do you get past a berserker's charge attack? A: dodge right after they start running

Q: iOS "You've already purchased this In-App Purchase but it hasn't been downloaded."
A: This is usually followed by the option to download it.  If not, this is likely a connection error with the App Store.  I suggest turning the device off and back on, ensure a good internet connection and try again the following day.  If the problem continues you can try reinstalling the app.  Ensure you have a device backup before deleting.  
If you still cannot get this to download you will need to contact iTunes support for a refund so that you can repurchase the item.

Q: "Purchase Cancelled"
A:This is typically caused by a poor connection to the server.  Try turning your device off and back on and make sure that you are connected to the internet (either wifi or cellular data is fine).  Also, check that your time and date settings on your device are correct as this can cause a problem with in app purchases.  The issue may be a temporary one with the iTunes servers and trying again later typically resolves the issue.
